Begin by diffusing oils that promote relaxation in your bedroom approximately 30 minutes before you retire. Start with an Essential Oil like Lavender or Peace and Calming for its calming effects. Add a few drops of Cedarwood to bring depth and encourage deep sleep. This blend will transform your space into a peaceful haven that signals your body it's time to unwind.

Step 2: Prepare a Soothing Bath
A warm bath is your sanctuary before bed. Add two drops of Chamomile Essential Oil along with a scoop of Epsom salts.
