✨ 3PM Feels: Real Life Pain Points & Real Support from Essential Oils
Let me be real with you—this blog was originally supposed to highlight three pain points folks are carrying right now. But in true midlife, multitasking, mess-up magic fashion, I typed “3PM” instead of three pain points, and from there I decided to write about the mid-day feels.

Because 3PM is exactly when the feelings hit.

That mid-afternoon moment when you’re:
- Staring into space with a half-drunk iced coffee
- Wondering where the time (and your motivation) went
- Feeling everything all at once… and nothing at all

So, here we are—with a blog born from a typo and backed by truth.

Let’s talk about what’s really weighing people down—and how to bring in just a little bit of light and calm, one oil at a time.

💔 Pain Point #1: The Anxiety of Uncertainty

It’s not just your imagination—life feels unstable.
Between rising costs, unexpected bills, and fear around job security or retirement, a lot of us are living in fight-or-flight mode.

Supportive Oil: Stress Away
🌿 Apply to your wrists or neck when your mind starts spinning.
🌿 Diffuse it around 3PM when your brain needs a breather but you can’t clock out.

Try this mantra:
“I can’t control everything, but I can control my peace.”

🖤 Pain Point #2: Grief in Many Forms

There’s the obvious kind—loss of loved ones. But there’s also grief over routines, safety, plans, and expectations. This kind of loss is quiet, but no less real.

Supportive Oil: Frankincense
🌿 Roll over your heart or the back of your neck for grounding.
🌿 Use during journaling or prayer time to create emotional space.

Try this practice:
Put one hand on your heart, the other on your belly. Inhale Frankincense and let the exhale soften your grief—even if just a little.

🌪️ Pain Point #3: Political Division & Social Disconnection

People are scared to speak, scared to connect, and tired of choosing sides. The tension is real—and so is the loneliness.

Supportive Oil: Harmony
🌿 Diffuse during family dinners or group calls to set a calm emotional tone.
🌿 Apply to your temples before conversations that feel emotionally charged.

Bonus Blend: Combine Harmony + Lavender for that “keep me calm even when the world isn’t” synergy.

💡 Real Talk Challenge:

If 3PM is your breaking point, let’s turn it into your breakthrough.

🧴 Choose one oil.
🧘🏾‍♀️ Take one minute.
💬 Share one thought or “aha” moment in our group (or keep it just for you).

Peace doesn’t have to be performative. Sometimes it’s just a breath, a drop, and a moment of not spiraling.
