Add a few drops of Cedarwood to bring depth and encourage deep sleep. This blend will transform your space into a peaceful haven that signals your body it's time to unwind.

Step 2: Prepare a Soothing Bath
A warm bath is your sanctuary before bed. Add two drops of Chamomile Essential Oil along with a scoop of Epsom salts. Mix the Chamomile EO with a little baking soda, then add the Epsom salts, remember oil and water don’t mix. Chamomile is renowned for its soothing properties, melting away stress and tension from a long day. Sink into the bath and let your worries dissolve.
