I knew I needed a change, but I also knew what I didn’t want. I did not want "the jab." I wasn’t looking for a synthetic quick fix or a trend that didn’t align with my lifestyle.

My goal was to find a doable, natural solution—something sustainable that would gently encourage my body to do what it needs to do naturally. I wanted to reclaim my health without compromising my standards. That is why I am putting my trust in the new Balance and Burn system.

If you’ve felt my absence since mid-November, thank you for your grace. When my dad fell ill, life asked me to slow all the way down. Family, faith, and being present took priority, and this community held space for me in ways I won’t forget.
