My Week of Wellness: Embracing the "DIRT Diet" with Joy
Spring break typically invites a beachside escape, but this year marked a pivot towards health for me. Trading sand for doctor's visits led to a hypertension diagnosis, directing me towards the DASH diet — a prescription for healthier living. My initial skepticism transformed into excitement as I reimagined the diet, with the goal of making meals Delicious, Irresistible, Rich, and Tasty instead of Dull and Tasteless.

In embracing these changes, I've found support through Young Living's Joy essential oil, which has given me uplifted spirits and a positive outlook. This blend has been instrumental in keeping my motivation alive while embarking on a 90-day journey towards improved health. I am excited about exploring new recipes that will hopefully contribute to better health markers by my next doctor's visit.
