Creating a Daily Wellness Routine
So you buy all these essential oils and new “clean” products, but how on earth do you make them a part of your everyday life? It’s all so new and foreign and you just don’t know where to start.
Well, come along, and I will show you what a typical day looks like and show you just how simple it can be to create a daily routine for living clean. 
Morning:
Alarm goes off and it’s time to jot down 5-10 things I’m grateful for. I reach for the journal, grab the bottle of ENVISION. Inhale/exhale. I write all the things (psst new things, not yesterday’s list). I say my prayers and off to the shower we go.
I weigh myself. I might remember to do my Lumen scan, this tells me what to eat for the day. 
I shower, grab my YL LAVENDER/OATMEAL (this may change depending on my skin) soap, slather up. Grab my YL face cleanser and scrub ART GENTLE cleanser, BLOOM cleanser, and/or my peppermint scrub, depending on my skin. It’s usually a seasonal choice. If I need to shave, I grab my MYRAH LUX SHAVE OIL. It is truly divine.
I dry off and grab my THIEVES toothpaste, brush the teeth and gargle with THIEVES MOUTHWASH. I then use my ART face TONER, and my face moisturizer; SANDALWOOD MOISTURE CREAM for the winter or ART LIGHT for the summer. I may also use my ART RENEWAL SERUM before I moisturize to smooth out any dry areas. I’m ready to use my LAVENDER Body Lotion or sometimes, I might use LUSCIOUS LEMON. Morning routine bonus, continue to use the ENVISION in the diffuser. 
For breakfast, I drink 4 oz of NingXia Red and a Nitro if I’m resetting. I take a ZYNG to go. 
If I’ve  worked out, we mix POWER MEAL, NingXia Red, NingXia Greens, and Probiotic Fiber together, it makes for a great shake to get me out the door. You might want to add AMINOWISE to replenish after a workout. 
Head to the office and pop on some VALOR ROLL-ON to the back of my temples. VALOR is great to support a stressful drive and an early morning meeting.
If the ickies are going around, put some THIEVES ESSENTIAL OIL in the diffuser and slay the day.
