As we close out May and prepare to welcome the sixth month of the year, it’s the perfect moment to pause, reflect, and recalibrate. Half the year is nearly behind us — and whether you’re feeling accomplished, overwhelmed, or somewhere in between, this is your invitation to check in and recommit.

  • What progress have I made?
  • Where have I been consistent?
  • Where have I fallen short — and why?
This isn’t about self-judgment. It’s about honest reflection. Maybe your energy has shifted. Maybe life threw you a few unexpected curveballs. Maybe you’ve been in survival mode instead of strategy mode. That’s okay.
